5.5.10 Socket State Parameter

The following table defines the values represented in the Socket State

parameter:

State Definition

-1 Listen function called to set up server

0 Waiting for connection to be established on server

1 Handle first request and build response for first part of multi-request message.

2 Handle more requests in packet received.

100 Closing server on program termination

1000 Initiate a close on the server

1001 Waiting for server to successfully close

The following table defines the values represented in the Connection State

parameter:

State Definition

0 No session exists on socket

1 Session established but no connections

2 Session established and connected
